Today is a sad day, as it is the last full day in Italy. I woke up in a bittersweet mood, as I want to go home and want to stay in Italy at the same time.

Regardless of my mixed thoughts, I got out of bed and got ready for the day, as we had one last final media visit to Hearst Italia. Hearst Italia is a magazine publisher that works with Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire and Elle. As I enjoy fashion, I am not a huge magazine girl, so I was not exactly sure what to expect out of this.

It was very interesting to tour the offices and see people hard at work. The Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan was pretty cool. She was wearing a pair of stiletto high heals, and said that particular pair was like her tennis shoes. She talked about how she played the bass, and how music plays such an important role in her life.

I thought it was awesome how she is able to have her dream job, while also being able to balance the things that make her happy. It was pretty inspirational.

Later on, I was finally about to go to Venchi to buy chocolate. I ended up buying over 30 euros worth… no judgement please.

I still needed my picture taken in front of something in Milan too, as I had my picture taken in every city. I decided to have it taken in front of the Duomo, as it is such a breath taking sight.

I went back to the hotel to repack my suitcase. It was not an enjoyable feeling, as I had to re-roll my clothes and search the hotel room for all my belongings.

I am not ready for a full day of travel tomorrow…

Good-bye, Italy!
