Today was an interesting day. I woke up with itchy eyes and a scratchy throat. I am diagnosing myself with seasonal allergies. Later tonight I will be on the hunt for some Claritin or some other type of non-drowsy allergy medication. I think we had a lovely visit to Burson Marstellar.

I really enjoyed Sergio Rodriguez who discussed his work with Campari. Campari is a type of liquor that is half bitter and half sweet. It can be drank straight, on the rocks, or as a component as a cocktail. He started out his session by allowing us to taste the alcohol. It is a gorgeous red color with an interesting smell. I think most of us were expecting it to taste sweet and fruity. I am not going to lie, it was the most bitter alcohol I have ever tasted!

I was very grateful that this company fed us lunch. Funds are becoming tight for this traveler!

We then transferred to RAI broadcasting center. This was an interesting opportunity because we had the opportunity to tour the entire building. We saw radio stations, news stations and even the talk show studio. Two media visits in one day is exhausting.

I need to go to this chocolate shop called Venchi to purchase a souvenir for my dad. I originally wanted to go after the media visits were over, but I am exhausted. When I got back to the hotel, I instantly took my makeup and felt like a million bucks.

I just got my work schedule for next week. The end of this trip is so near. Tomorrow is the last day full day in Milan. I cannot believe how fast the past two weeks went.
