I think the last day in Rome has been my favorite so far! Our morning started off with a media visit to ENEL, which was so interactive and exciting for everyone. The employees were all very extatic about their jobs and sharing the information and love for broadcasting with us!

Next, we had a super relaxing free afternoon. Although the day was very pretty outside, I decided that I needed a nap more than anything. We had a cooking class later that night so I knew if I wanted to be energized and ready for the night, I needed a helpful nap. Then my roommates and I got ready for this amazing cooking class that taught us how to make gnocchi and raviolis! After learning to make two of my favorite Italian dishes, we headed upstairs to go to the main eating venue, which was also Marlin Brando’s apartment! The chefs and servers were all so sweet in making us feel at home. The food was delicious and the wine was just as great!

After a fun dinner for all of us to talk more and really get to know each other, we had to say goodbye to one of our tour guides, Andrea. Even though it was super sad knowing he would not be around on our trip any longer, we had such a fun night with everyone! We all decided to go out dancing and to use the remainder of our night to have a great time. Since I’m a dancer, dancing is always my favorite part and I really enjoyed being able to do what I love in another country. I can only imagine what the rest of this trip has in store!
