My name is Haley Barnes.
Since my Hogwarts letter did not come when I was a child, I had to go to muggle schools and colleges. I just graduated with a MA in Media Communication from Point Park University. I also graduated with my BA in Communication from Slippery Rock University in 2016. I am very sad to be finished with my academic career, but I figured I would go out with a bang by traveling to Italy. After I come back, I will be on the hunt for a job in the communication field.
I am 24 years old, and I have always thought of myself as a very strange person (this is probably because I am a Slytherin). I am the kind of person who wishes everyday was Halloween. I like to write, find small coffee shops, go to concerts, refinish furniture and live life to the fullest.
I recently rescued a Pomeranian-Chihuahua puppy that I named Dexter. Raising Dexter is not easy, as he has many personal issues due to his previous situation. However, the fact that I get to help him see that the world is not such a bad place is probably one of the most rewarding feelings.
