In the morning, we checked out of our Hotel in Padua, and made the bus ride to our last destination of the trip: Milano. This was our last day with Matteo.

Forbes listed Milan as one of the top 15 coolest places to visit in 2018, and I can completely agree with that.

When we got to Milan, we immediately hopped off the bus to meet our tour guide for the day, Simon, for a guided tour of the Duomo and the city of Milan. I can easily say this one was the most beautiful on out of all of the Duomos we toured.

During the city tour, we toured around the Castle. There were stray cats everywhere, especially in the grounds of the castle. Simon said that there’s only one person allowed down there, and it’s the woman that feeds the cat every single morning.

We also met Serena, the woman who is going to take over the rest of the tour while Matteo leaves us for another tour in Barcelona.

We caught the bus and headed back to the hotel. We checked in and relaxed for a little bit while Matteo was preparing Serena to take over. We headed back downstairs around 5:30 to say goodbye to Matteo before he left for the airport.

After he left, some of us hung out in the lobby before we headed out for our group dinner to welcome Serena.

We had a multiple coursed meal that started with a lot of pasta as the first course and fish and chips as the second course.

We then headed back to the hotel to rest since we have media visits tomorrow.
