Have you ever heard of Enel? Well look it up. Its a Corporate Communications headquarters that advocates in a healthy/eco friendly environment. We were met with huge smiles and loud personalities that kept us awake the whole time. The building reminded me of a Google Headquarter with fun Pantone designed chairs and grass as walls. I got to play with the directors control panel and choose the shots. It totally made me want to work in the complete opposite end of the communications world.

Altogether the day was slow. my friends and I decided to take up time and enjoy the nice weather and catch up on some blogs (obviously I didn’t do too well because this is two days late) ((I get lost in the fun)) (((sorry Helen))).

So the best part of the day: I learned how to make PASTA FROM SCRATCH! It was super cool and super nerve-wracking having the cooks disown you every time you mess up (in a very friendly way) but the perfectionist in me was quite frightened. We made the cutest little gnocchi’s and raviolis. The atmosphere was amazing and it all happened in Marlon Brando’s apartment. It was in an old bricked basement that had an odd little section where the floor was glass and could see all the rocks below it. His dining area was even cooler. Overall, the experience was spectacular and my class makes some pretty good noodles.

The night ended the same way it usually does. I walked around Rome with Aislin, Greg and Madeline. We got lost for the first twenty minutes but thats half the fun when you’re in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Rome was a fantastic experience and its a home for many new memories. As sad as I am to go, I am very excited to see what the future holds.

Next stop: Assisi!
