Hello, now I am officially blogging from Rome where we have come to our first destination. Today was full of firsts for me. This is my first time being out of the United States. So as expected, I was ready to get here and see everything. After getting off our flight we drove around and saw all sorts of beautiful historical sites. One I found most interesting was the walls that make the walls of Roma. It amazed me how long they have been there and how many people felt as excited as me coming through them. Another thing I noticed was that the streets did not have advertisements as we do in America. This allowed us to really take in the beauty of the city. Finally we reached the Trevi Fountain, where I was taken back by how grand and beautiful it was. We had take to look and take in sites on our way to the Pantheon. The Pantheon was also grand am beautiful and was had time then to choose what we wanted for lunch. I enjoyed a very thin crusted pizza. We met back up to checked into our hotel and got ready for dinner it was delicious. We had pasta, salad, meat and tiramisu for dessert. I really enjoyed dimmer time because it was a lot of food in had never tried before and I enjoyed it. Overall, today was full of firsts and I got to take on some of Roma beautiful sites and history and I can’t wait to see more tomorrow!
