Beth Turnbull is a senior mass communication major with a concentration in public relations. Originally from Scotia, New York, Beth has lived in the Pittsburgh area for the past decade and loves the opportunity that comes with attending Point Park’s urban campus.
On campus, Beth works as the Co-Opinions Editor of The Globe, hosts the music and talk show “Vibes” on WPPJ Radio, and is an active member of the Honors Student Organization.
This spring, Beth started an internship with WordWrite Communications and will continue that position after returning from Italy.
Traveling to Italy has always topped Beth’s bucket list and she could not be more excited to take this journey with Helen and some of her closest friends.
In addition to traveling, Beth has a deep love of trying new foods, hammocking, experiencing different cultures, visiting state parks, and Billy Joel (not necessarily in that order).
She is looking forward to telling her future grandchildren about the sheer amount of gelato she consumed on this trip.
